Shipping Policy
All items are made to order and hand printed by me! This ensures that no inventory goes wasted. This means that as soon as you place your order, I print your items according to your order. Nothing is premade.
PRINTING TIMES: During non busy times, orders will be printed and shipped within 2-5 days. During holidays or special collection drops such as St. Patty's, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, etc. printing times will be longer, and can range from 1-3 weeks. Handmade takes time, so please do not rush :) I always try to get my orders out as soon as possible. However I am one person, so please be understanding! ❤️
TRACKING NUMBERS: Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive an email confirmation (to the email you provided at checkout) with a tracking number and carrier. Once shipped, delivery transit time will vary based on your location and the shipping method/rate you choose at checkout. We ship our orders from Chicago.
If you did not receive an email confirmation, please double check that the email you provided during your checkout is correct, and double check junk or spam folders. You can always contact me to resend your confirmation to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIP INSURANCE: If for any reason your parcel fails to deliver within 6 weeks, I will refund or reship your order with no additional cost. Please email or DM me with your order number if this happens!
Once a package has been marked as delivered in your tracking, the order is complete. I am not responsible for any stolen packages.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES: If an order is returned back to me due to an insufficient address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact me, provide the correct address, and purchase a new return label so it can be reshipped. No refunds for sent back packages will be provided as the tees were already made to order.
POST OFFICE HOLDS: If an order was held at the post office due to customer request (on vacation, automatic request, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up. They will hold packages there for a certain amount of days and will discard it if not picked up before their pickup date. There will be NO REFUNDS for discarded packages. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of any pickups.
