Refund Policy

All sales are final as they are made to order!

EDITING AN ORDER: After placing an order, you are allowed to make any edits or cancel within 24 hours of placing. Please DM me on Instagram or email me! Once 24 hours have passed, your order is considered final sale.

ADDRESS CHANGE: After placing an order, you are allowed to make any edits to your address as long as it has not been shipped. Please DM me on Instagram or email me!

EXCHANGE & REFUND EXCEPTIONS:
Only if there has been a mistake on my part!
1. If an order has been sent with the incorrect size, design, or color.
2. If an order has any missing items (I will be happy to resend the missing item to you or refund you for it)
3. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or has a misprint.
4. I offer size exchanges, however you will have to purchase a return label to send it back to me. I will cover all the costs resending your new size.

5. For any returns you will need to print and purchase a return label to send it back.
If you ever have any sizing questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, I am always happy to help!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER APPLIES TO THOSE EXCEPTIONS?Please contact me through my contact page, email (info@shopellesong.com) or my shop instagram (@shopellesong). You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

To make the process easier for both parties: please INCLUDE YOUR 4 DIGIT ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER!

If you return an item without contacting me or confirming beforehand, you will not receive a refund or an exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY EXCHANGE/REFUND IS ACCEPTED?

You will be given info on where to ship the package back and will need to purchase a return label. You will have 14 days to ship out the item from the date of the return confirmation. Once your package is received, the refund or exchange will be made. If you made an exchange, you will be provided a carrier and tracking number once your exchange has been shipped out.

*All items in a return must arrive in MINT condition or in the condition it was sent. If an item that is returned is inspected as damaged or worn, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
