Shipping Policy

All items are hand printed to order by me! I am one person so please be understanding that during the holidays or busy times that processing time for orders (the time it takes to design, print, pack, and ship orders) will be slightly longer!

US ORDERS: On average during non holiday/busy times, orders will ship out within 2-5 days after being placed. You'll receive an email confirmation to the email you provided at checkout with a tracking number once your order has shipped. After being shipped, delivery transit time will vary based on location and the shipping method/rate you choose at checkout.

**IF YOU ORDER DURING A HOLIDAYS OR A BUSY TIME (Ex: St. Patricks, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas), OUR PROCESSING TIME WILL BE LONGER, UP TO 7-10 DAYS!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: On average during non holiday/busy times, orders will ship out within 2-5 days after being placed, and then depending on the location and shipping method/rate you chose at checkout, your delivery time will vary. You'll receive an email confirmation to the email you provided at checkout with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If for any reason your parcel fails to deliver within 6 weeks, we will refund or reship your order with no additional cost.

**Processing time will be longer during the holidays/busy times as well.

If you did not receive an email confirmation, please double check that the email you provided during your checkout is correct, and double check junk or spam mail.

Once a package has been marked as delivered in tracking, the order is complete. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We are also not responsible for incorrectly input addresses. IF an order is returned back to us due to an insufficient address or the post office was unable to ship it due to an incorrect address, it is your responsibility to contact us and provide the correct address, and purchase a new return label so it can be reshipped. We will not be providing refunds for sent back packages as the tees were already made to order. 

IF an order was held at the post office due to customer request (on vacation, automatic request, etc.) it is your job to pick it up or contact the post office. They will hold packages there for a certain amount of days and will discard it if not picked up before their pickup date. There will be NO REFUNDS for discarded packages. We do not have time to go in and check the shipping status of every order. It is your responsibility to keep track of any pickups/changes, etc.
